View Larger Select Arm Style Choose between permanent full-length arms or removable desk-length arms. Desk-length arms allow better access to tables and office desks. Full-length wheelchair arms provide more support as an armrest.	View Larger Select Footrest or Legrest Select between a removable swing-away footrest or a detachable elevating legrests. The detachable feature allows you to remove the rest for easier portability. The swing-away features allow the footrest to swing to the side out of the way to allow for easier ingress or egress.	View Larger Select Seat Width Choose an 18-inch or 16-inch wide seat. The smaller seat accomodates small adults while the 18-inch wide seat provides a good fit for average adults. Wider seats are available at Extra-Wide Wheelchairs.	View Larger Upholstery Vinyl seat and seat back upholstery offers durability. It is also easier to clean up. Medline also makes breathable nylon fabric upholstery which can be found at Strong and Sturdy Wheelchairs.

The Excel Wheelchair is a carbon steel frame wheelchair that is built for strength and durability. The frame is chrome plated and rust- and chip-resistant. The frame is so durable, that the manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty on the frame and welding. Equipped with a dual-axle with adjustable Hemi-height, this wheelchair can support up to 300 pounds. The vinyl upholstery is easy to clean and maintain. Wheelchair models with 16-inch seat width come with navy upholstery, while modes with 18 and 20-inch width seats come with black vinyl upholstery, except for MDS806300RBY which has ruby upholstery.
