UV Light Inactivates Coronavirus Particles

The Minimate Purifier inactivates coronavirus particles and other germs by generating ultraviolet light. According to a study published in Scientific Reports, "far-UVC light (207222?nm) efficiently kills pathogens potentially without harm to exposed human tissues." ¹

Where Do the Particles End Up?

Particles are stirred up by the Air Supply Minimate's ionizing wind. The unit's ions then attach to the particles to give them a charge, and the ionic wind propels them away from the user's breathing zone. Once ionized, the particles are either inactivated by the Minimate's ultraviolet light or they drop to the floor or nearest grounded surface.
