The Ultima NEO combines four types of electrotherapy for optimal pain relief. With the Ultima Neo Advanced Electrotherapy Stimulator, the user can choose between TENS, EMS, Microcurrent (MIC), or Interferential Stimulation (IF) therapy modes. These modes are all intended to stimulate affected muscles and reduce pain through electrical currents. Since the unit runs on battery power, the Interferential function can be used without having to be tethered to a wall outlet, as well as long battery runs on TENS, EMS, and Micro modes.
