Geo Mattress Pro, manufactured by Span America, is an ergonomically shaped therapeutic foam mattress excellent for comfortably redistributing weight to prevent skin breakdown. This high-density foam mattress consists of over 800 individual cells that individually help redistribute pressure, reduce heat and moisture buildup on the skin, and reduce shear to underlying tissues. The Geo Mattress Pro foam mattress pad also features the unique heal slope, designed to further reduce pressure on the sensitive heel area. The foam mattress pad and surface topper are uniform ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) rating density. This high-quality foam mattress pad is a cost-effective solution to a comfortable night's sleep.
The Geo Mattress Pro RP is this same supportive mattress with an additional 8-inch raised perimeter when falling and entrapment are a concern. This raised perimeter is available in three lengths with the same 6-inch center height. All these options come with a mattress cover that's tear-resistant, fluidproof, fire-resistant, removable, and cleanable. The material is bacteriostatic with a pleated design with an anti-shearing surface. The hidden zipper adds additional infection control.
