Each Fall Management kit includes one fall risk identification bracelet, one Falling Star Magnet, one pair of Posey Fall Management Socks, and one fall management blanket.
The fall management socks help prevent falls with skid-resistant rubber treads. The socks are also thick and comfortable. Posey Falling Star Magnets make it easy for medical workers to identify patients with a high risk of falling. The magnets can attach to the outer doorjamb of a patient's room or to any other magnetic surface. Fall management blankets also make it easy to identify fall risk patients.
The kits are color-coordinated in green, orange, purple, red, and yellow, making it possible to also use the kits to color-code patients for additional indications, etc.
