Pacey Cuff Ultra Overview
The Pacey Cuff Ultra Male Urethral Control Device is designed with patented technology and skin-friendly materials to manage urine leaks for men. Unlike traditional incontinence clamps, the new Pacey Cuff features comfortable padding that stops leakage without stopping circulation. This Pacey Ultra design was based on honest user feedback and is easy to apply for reliable urinary leakage control.
The Pacey Cuff Ultra Urethral Control Device contains extra-durable neoprene padding for improved comfort for at least six months of daily use. The design features an anti-pinch flap at the strap guide and a protective Power Sleeve, giving peace of mind with a buffer between the skin and the cuff. The sleeve wraps around the midshaft of the penis and secures with a hook-and-loop fastener. The Pacey Cuff centers over the padded sleeve, adding comfortable skin protection and preventing pinching.

How Does the Pacey Cuff Work?
The top side of the penis is where most veins and blood flow are found, while the urethra is at the bottom of the penis. The Pacey Cuff's hood is curved to hug the penis but has a thick, comfortable pad on the bottom to apply pressure to the urethra, stopping urine flow without restricting blood flow. Unlike clamp designs that block blood flow and urine, often resulting in ischemic pain, the Pacey Cuff has functionality and user comfort in mind.

Pacey Cuff Ultra Parts / Instructions
The Pacey Cuff Ultra comprises three parts:
- Upper vascular protective hood protects the skin and maintains circulation
- Lower urethral compression part controls urine flow
- Outer hook-and-loop strap maintains compression between the upper and lower parts.
Instructions
First, apply the separate protective Power Sleeve with hook-and-loop closure. Next, wrap the Pacey Cuff around the penis by orienting the compression pad at the bottom of the penis. Then compress the cuff to the appropriate tension needed to stop leakage and secure the foam strap. To avoid any pinched skin, make sure the foam padding is folded down and that any pinched skin is pushed out of any creases before tightening.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How tight should the tension be?
It should be at a tight tension but not uncomfortable.
How long can you wear a Pacey Cuff?
It can be worn all day. It can also be worn during sleep if loosened. Replace the cuff every four to six months.
How is the Pacey Cuff different from other urinary incontinence clamps?
The patented design isn't a clamp, but a more comfortable and effective way to stop leaking urine due to the targeted urethral compression at the bottom and the hood that maintains blood circulation.
How do I determine which size to get?
The Sizing Guide PDF located below offers a cutout template to assist with measurements. It requires taking the circumference and length measurements with a flaccid penis.
Can I use the Pacey Cuff if I have a penile Implant?
Yes. There are no contraindications for the use of the product with implants. The cuff may not sit as perfectly as it would for men without implants. If it causes skin irritation, discontinue use.
How do I clean the Pacey Cuff?
Handwash the cuff in warm water and mild, unscented detergent. Brush the cuff with a stiff-bristled toothbrush to agitate any soil or debris on the Velcro.
