Medline Remedy Phytoplex Hydraguard Silicone Cream is a Skin Barrier Cream that comes equipped with Medline's nutrient-rich Phytoplex Technology. Because it is a silicone blend, it is moisturizing, silky in texture, water-resistant, and breathable. Remedy Hydraguard Cream also soothes skin and reduces redness that results from dry and irritated skin. All of these features make it not only a great body moisturizer, but also the perfect cream for Perineal Care. This formula requires no prescription and can conveniently be applied to patients by CNAs and left on bedside tables for patients to use on their own. Hydraguard barrier cream has a pleasant vanilla scent.
