The MDW 300L Physicians Scale measures height, weight and BMI in just a few seconds. This digital scale has an RS-232 interface that allows it to communicate with printers and computers so that measurements can be documented with ease. The MDW 300L has a variety of convenient features that make it incredibly easy to use and record measurements. The system has a hold feature that enables the user to keep the measurements on the display even after the individual has stepped off of the scale. The tare feature allows the user to set the scale back to zero after some weight has been added. The after the tare feature is activated, only the weight of additional items added to the scale will be reflected on the display. With the auto-off feature, the scale automatically shuts down after a pre-set amount of idle time to preserve battery life.
