FeelClean Technology: Hydrophilic Properties Without the Mess
The GentleCath hydrophilic catheter enables convenient lubrication and helps make insertion and removal easier. While a standard hydrophilic catheter has a coating that can get messy and sticky, the Glide catheter is designed to eliminate this inconvenience. FeelClean technology locks in hydrophilic properties without the use of a coating, helping to reduce the mess left behind and prevent residue from transferring to clothes and skin. Additionally, FeelClean technology means there's no coating to become sticky and make the catheter harder to remove as it dries. Compared to the leading coated catheter, the low-friction GentleCath Glide requires 39% less force to start removal, contributing to a more comfortable experience.
Use and Care
- Wash hands and penis thoroughly with soap and water.
- Peel open the package.
- Lubricate the catheter with water-soluble lubricant.

- For straight tip catheter, slide the catheter slowly into the opening of urethra and into the bladder until urine starts to flow.
- Point the penis and the funnel end of the catheter down toward container.
- When the urine starts to flow, push the catheter in another one or two centimeters to ensure full application.
- To be sure the bladder is completely emptied, remove the catheter slowly and stop if more urine flows.
