This will depend on a doctor's recommendation and the patient's comfort. Generally session lengths range between five and 30 minutes.
How many times a day should neck traction be done?
Seek a doctor's opinion. This therapy is typically done anywhere between once or twice weekly and several times a day.
How much weight should I use for neck traction?
Ask a doctor's advice. This product's water weight bag can be filled up to 20 pounds. It is best to start at lower weight levels and then increase as necessary for comfort.
