The ExacTemp feature reads how stable the probe, while PerfecTemp detects the spatial placement of the probe in the user patient's ear canal. This occurs as temperatures are taken. The device then takes both factors into account and adjusts temperature calculations accordingly. Due to this fact, this Welch Allyn PRO 6000 thermometer compensates for both human error and variance in human anatomy to make measurements more accurate than those taken with other leading brand thermometers.Features and BenefitsHandheld Ear ThermometerLarge LCD Display ScreenQuick ResultsHighly AccurateEasy to ReadPerfecTemp TechnologyExacTemp TechnologyAdjusts for VariabilityCompensates for Human ErrorAdapts to Disparate AnatomiesPolished, Sensible DesignProbe Stability Sensor60-Second Pulse TimerMemory Recall ButtonFahrenheit/Celsius ConversionPre-Warmed Probe TipComfortable-UseElectronic SecurityTheft and Loss ProtectionEasily DisinfectedAssists Faculty EfficiencyMay Optimize WorkflowSmall Cradle (Holds 20 Covers)High-Grade PlasticBattery-PoweredHow Do You Use a Braun PRO 6000 ThermoScan Thermometer?Operation BasicsHold the bottom of the thermometer and pivot it up and out of its holder.
